ignore them and do something about your hair.

one thing you can do that i know works for sure is to purchase a large container of 100% whey protein. take in 1 gram per pound of body weight at least!! Thinning hair has as much to do with diet as anything else.

use baby shampoo.

see your doctor. rogaine etc can work.

Just shave it all off or wear a hat.

They are just jealous that their hair don't look as good as yours.People can be so .... ( lack of good words) I wouldn't worry about what others say. If you catch them, just look at them and say " Doesn't my hair look wonderful today? " And they will think twice before doing it again. And hopefully they will feel like they have made you feel!!!!

Because we're humans, and we're nosy. It's so rude for people to stare at you just because your hair is thinning, but people are curious. Just don't mind them, if you say anything like "Stop staring at my thinning hair" they may stare even more because you'll seem like a crazy person, either that or they'll just deny ever looking at you in the first place.

Go out and get yourself some horse shampoo.Yes, horse shampoo. my hear grew like grass on steroids. It works. And bonus it doesn't smell bad, it has no ardor at all

No one cares about your thinning hair!! You are just insecure about it. Mine fell out a few years ago.

I bought a pair of clippers and a tanning bed card and moved on with life!!! Believe me when I say that any women that are worth hanging out with don't really give a damn about it!!!

Why do people stare at my thinning hair? it makes me so upset.?

It's because they're ignorant, plain %26amp; simple.

Why do people stare at my thinning hair? it makes me so upset.?

it's because you're different from the norm, whatever that is. they may think you are having treatment for disease. i know to an extent how you feel. about 2 years ago my eyebrow hair started to fall out.eventually i had none and had to pencil them in.i was constantly thinking about it and trying to ensure i didn't rub them off. last year i had them tattooed and felt better.

sorry, i turned this into me me me.

people are what they are and love to nosey and dwell on the misfortune of others. ignore them as best you can.

Hi, I dont think they do stare at you. I think it could be all in your mind, because you know its thinning and you think people are looking at you but they probably not. But why not get a treat for your hair and make it look full and thick. Avon hair products are good and they do a body building shampoo and conditioner and other products like sprays and stuff. Its called volume and texture.

I wouldnt get upset about it as people probably dont even notice,

They might not be staring at you. Because you are obviously nt liking your hair thinning out you could be more aware of it and paranoid of other people noticing. So you could just be being oversensitive of people looking at you? If they are looking (which I doubt because a lot of people have thinning hair) then just ignore them. I get stared at all the time where I live because of the colour of my skin. So does my chinese friend. You just have to ignore it and get on with life. Don't let it upset you.

Curiosity but yes some people are just plain rude and have no manners !!!

It's their problem, not yours and you will always get people like that !!

:-) Just give them a really dirty and disgusted look OR flash them a smile (That embarasses them) OR say 'Hi'!!

:-)

People are cruel, insensitive, and stare at you because they don't suffer from thinning hair and feel your pain. Ignore them.

I have some simple steps that can help your thinning hair. If you try these and believe, your hair can grow thicker and longer. Forget about everyone else.

You need to attack your hair thinning from the inside and outside. You will need a great hair growth regimen, which has three major components: a healthy eating plan, substantial water intake, and a high quality hair growth and hair care product.

Step One: Buy a High Quality Hair Growth Product

I suggest you go with an all-natural hair growth product, not one with lots of hormones. Unnatural hair care products are a no-no for someone who wants long-lasting, healthy hair growth. Find a hair growth product that contains powerful essential oils, natural herbs, and vitamin rich nutrients your hair needs to survive. Look for products with ingredients such as: Aloe Vera, Citrus Fruits, Jojoba, Rosemary, and Sage. Make sure you stray away from all natural products that use natural extracts. Extracts are not as powerful as essentials oils. They are a cheap substitute for the real thing. Although there are several natural hair care products on the market, not all hair growth products are created equal. Make sure you read the fine print. Most 閳ユ笜atural閳?products still contain phosphates, sodium lauryl sulfate, petroleum, mineral oil, and other lab created humectants that ultimately damage your hair. My advice---if you can閳ユ獩 read the ingredients, don閳ユ獩 buy the product. When I was searching for a natural hair growth product, I found one really great buy, Beauty 4 Ashes Super Hair Growth System. Finding this company took me awhile; but Beauty 4 Ashes pretty much gives you everything you need to make your hair grow. Foremost, I checked the ingredient listings and the products contained no artificial ingredients. The system also included hair growth vitamins, a great hair healthy eating plan, and even scalp stimulating hair growth exercise routine. At first, the system may seem a bit pricey, but, boy was I impressed with the results. In 9 months, I went from patches of hair to hair just above my shoulders. Now, I am no product junkie; but I have to tell you that this product is worth the money. It does not cost an arm and leg and it is worth every penny you pay. You can find it easily at www.discoverb4a.com. Also, check for it on Ebay. You may actually find a deal.

Step Two: A Healthy Hair Eating Plan

Your hair is all protein. Thus, you need a protein rich diet, chocked fill of B Vitamins and other hair-strengthening nutrients. Increase your intake of fish. It is full of healthy proteins and essential fatty acids and natural oils your hair needs. In addition, drink a protein supplement or shake everyday. If you follow this plan, not only will your hair grow, but you will also lose weight. That is, of course, if you lay off the junk food. Remember, I warned you too much junk food above.

Step Three: Drink Water

Eight to ten glasses of water is an absolute requirement. Drinking water flushes your body of toxins, chemicals, and impurities that stifle your hair growth and disrupt your hormone and enzyme imbalances. Water also transports the important nutrients your body needs throughout your body. Hate drinking water? Add lemon and Splenda to have a healthy, tasty alternative.
