Question about my hair..?

I have really long curly hair. I shower and wash my hair everyday (sometimes twice if i work out) and it falls out quite a bit. i'm not balding or have thinning hair I just have a lot of it. One friend said it's because i wash it everyday another said it's because i tie it while it's wet. what can i do? shampoo suggestions?? are my friends right? if so what blow dryer should i get to dry my hair quickly because i am always in a rush!! Thank you!

Question about my hair..?

try doing the old brush your hair at night routine to stimulate circulation in that area - see how that works - remember 100 brush strokes?

Question about my hair..?

i have really curly long hair too and lots of my hair comes out when i brush after my showers bc my hair is wet. whenever you brush your hair when its wet hair will fall out. personally i dont care bc my hairs thick, but if it worries you, then you might want to brush in minimally or brush it when its dry.

Question about my hair..?

don't do it everyday thats really damaging to the hair

if you take a shower don't shampoo

only condition

(when you condition start from the roots and work your way up it helps hair)

everyones hair falls out

like 30-60 hairs a day even for guys it absolutely normal

for a blowdryer

use one reccomended by your stylist (they knnow best!)

Question about my hair..?

Youre friend is right for both things

Only wash your hair every other day if u do it every day it will dry out

Tying your hair up when it is wet breaks it !!!

Question about my hair..?

try to cut your hair shorter at least shorter than your ear section ... it may help you for loosening hair and speacially for your busy sched no need for hair blower

Question about my hair..?

Are you using Pantene shampoo? That may be the cause for excessive hair fallout. I used to use Pantene and my hair fell out a lot. I didn't think anything of it until I switched shampoos and discovered that my hair quit falling out as much.
