I used to work at the Vitamin Shoppe and a lot of guys would purchase "Shen Min Hair Nutrient" vitamins by Biotech Corporation. Supposely it works pretty good. Hot selling product for both men and woman.
FYI, I am not trying to advertise the vitamin shoppe, notice I said I used to work there. But if you don't like that product, it may be helpful to try any type of hair vitamin. Good luck.

none. if you put in gel, and mousse and whatever, it ruins your hair even more.
but maybe you can get professional help for hair..? theres things called hair contact where its a thin film on your skin and then hair.. not sure how it works but its japanese and it seems to work well
