I have long, thin-medium thickness, straight hair, oval face shape. Should I cut my hair?

Like I said I have straight, thin to medium thick hair and an oval face shape.

I get compliments on my hair, but I want to at least trim it, if not cut many inches off. But I am afraid of my face looking too oval because my eyes are large in comparison to my lips.

I usually only have long layers and side bangs at the most. I'd like an updated, shorter style that's not drastically different.

Any and all suggestion are appreciated, and pictures are a great help!

Thanks.

You have the one shape face that can attractively wear any style, long or short. You should wear your hair any way you feel good in it. Don't wear it long because guys/girls like it that way, wear it long only if that is how YOU love it. It may be time for you to try a med/short sassy look, something fun that will add bounce and texture to your look.

I am with Rajan: men love long hair.

Put your hair up in a nice chignon or pony tail. It will make you face thinner and you can keep your long hair. You can get some lovely jeweled clips and hair claws on Ebay; that is what I do. My husband loves my long hair and he adores my chignons and hair ornaments.

I would suggest that you go with the newest style..framing your face with layers that can be combed forward or blown away ..you need volume..Oval is a Good shape face! It is universal! you are blessed! You need to be more self confident %26amp; adventurous! Good luck!

Upload your photo to Revlon, Lo Real, Clairol, etc...They have hair styles you can preview before you decide what you want to do. Good Luck!!!
