After Blo Dry my hair seems falling out..HELP pls!?

Well i went to the hair dresser and she told me that i have no problems of thinning hair or unhealty scalp but she said it's a bit dry. So i told her to give me a blowdry style you know...i left 3 days not washing the blow dry away then i put my hands in my hair and swift here and there and when i look at my hand its god alot of hair in it....i mena..like its falling...is this just an effect after a blo dry or waht ??

Make sure u use a shampoo that will strengthen your hair. that's the first step. Then comb your hair through but do not spray hair spray in it! blow dry your hair without a comb just shake your head around after that comb your hair again! when you comb your hair don't do it so hard, nice and easy is the way you need to do it! Maybe you still have loose hair from when it was cut. Blow drying will not make you lose your hair. Brushing it too hard will pull hair out. Maybe you are too rough.

mayonnaise treatment for your scalp won't hurt, it's guey and all, but it's worth it and a cheap way too. You should also get blood work done to make sure that something isn't off in that aspect of you.

umm if you do it everyday or more your probaly applying to much heat also if your using a lot of hairspray/ gel or hair color or styling irons
