i think i hv got thin hair man !...and ya it sure aint nice ....i heard about hair extensions ..does it make the hair thicker ?

also does it damage the already existing hair ?

am just 21.....would it b gud 4 me ?

Hair extensions makes the hair appear thicker when applied...but its just a temp. fix until you remove them. If you do choose to get extensions I suggest you use the sew-in method its one of the more healthier method for your natural hair and also more reasonable cost-wise. For a permanent fix I would suggest you began to use atleast 2500 micrograms of Biotin daily to thicken your natural hair.

. the best thing is to apply raw egg to ur hair. 1 or 2, depending on it's length.do it for half a day(4-6hours). dont shampoo after this.itll definately thicken your hair.also, use olive oil and coconut oil on ur hair and wrap ur head with a hot towel for 1 hour and then bathe. use a volumising shampoo and conditioner.i recomment pantene or fructis.best of luck!!!!

Well I never worry bout this cuz mine is thick, but sometimes is hard to control lk thin hair! Urs wont get to be way too thick but i think the best solution for u is just to get a boosting body type of shampoo and conditioner and spray, or whatev else.

Add some mmmpph to ur doo!!

There are many fixative products to make individual strands appear thicker until the next shampoo. If hair is sparse meaning there are not many strands in a square inch, first is this a lack of nutrients? a poor diet? Stress related? some underlying medical condition? This must be determined before you start to any treatments. Hair extensions are not the answer for you they put a lot of strain at the root causing even more hair loss (even permanent) something you can't afford now. Vitamin A supports hair skin teeth,(do not attempt to overload on Vitamin A this is not healthy), a healthy balanced diet will also be the best option.
